Aperture is an exhibition project presenting a conceptual approach to the medium of instant photography. A series of photographs captures an indispensable object of the camera - the lens. It is a process of capturing a photographic particle, where the resulting photography provides new, completely different levels of reading.
Ema Lančaričová (1993) is a visual artist working mainly with analog photography. The medium of photography is her primary topic by which she is asking what photography is today. She builds her work on a philosophical context and an experimental approach with overlap into sculptural objects.
